For more than 40 years, the Favelle Favco Group has been developing crane technology, raising the bar ever higher in the quality and technical capabilities of high-speed, high-capacity cranes tailored to the specific requirements of customers.

The Australian company Favelle and Cole, founded in 1923, renamed Favelle Mort in 1955.

In 1962, Favelle Mort began producing cranes, delivering 8 cranes to the World Trade Center construction site in Manhattan in 1968.

In 1975, following a takeover by the group, Aquila renamed Aquila Favco Cranes.

In 1980, one of the owners founded the company EH Favelle Cranes, which after merging with Favco in 1990 received its final name Favelle Favco.

In 1995, the company became part of the Malaysian concern Muhibbah Engineering.

In 1997, Favelle Favco acquired the Danish crane building company Kroll Cranes A/S, and in 1998 received an order to build the headquarters of the Malaysian oil giant Petronas, the twin towers that until recently were the tallest buildings in the world.

For example, the world’s tallest skyscraper, Taipei 101, built with Favelle-Favco cranes.
